Tuscany Gardens Pizzeria LLC — Restaurant in Grass Valley

Atmosphere was extremely warm. Valentines Day needless to say, was very busy. They were all very swiftly and efficiently taking care of all who walked in the doors. While one waitress was seating a couple who arrived before us, the most Delightful young lady with a ponytail quickly came forward to seat us. She asked if we had a preference as to where we would like to be seated and seated us. She immediately asked what we would like to drink and the gave us the menus. She quickly got our waters and then introduced us to our waitress who would be serving us. Needless to say, she was just Delightful, Precious and as cute 😊 as she could be. Her continual cheerful smile and quickly swinging ponytail as she efficiently performed her duties made it obvious that her #1 priority was to satisfy and make the clients happy. 😆

Now, the food was truly the best Italian food in all of Auburn and Grass Valley. It was absolutely 💯+ delicious 😋.

The Jumbo beef ravioli with meat sauce was plentiful and scrumptious. The coconut Shrimp was very delicious. We highly suggest you give Tuscany a try. We are sure you will Enjoy 😉 your choice just as much as we did!

As a matter of fact we are returning for Lunch tomorrow and trying their Friday Mushroom soup with our delicious Ravioli’s. Now must choose which kind of Raviolis this time!

We are fairly regular customers here and this has never happened before. Came in on a Wednesday evening. Ordered pesto chicken ravioli and chicken alfredo. Were served beef ravioli and Alfredo with no chicken. The waitress noticed the chicken and immediately went back to the kitchen, ignoring us before we were finished telling her what had happened. We called the waitress back to tell her no on the chicken. When we told the waitress about the ravioli she loudly denied it and said it was the pesto ravioli. When she came back she said the cook was a “retard” and made the beef ravioli. When we got what we actually ordered the chicken was undercooked. We had not eaten anything. We went to leave, explaining to the waitress that we hadn’t eaten anything and didn’t want any of it. The waitress insisted that we had to pay and when we told her no she screamed at the top of her lungs for someone named Alex that we weren’t gonna pay. He came out and asked us what was going on while the waitress rudely interjected that she told us that we hadn’t been patient with the food. When we told him what had happened he asked us to...

Unfortunate experience with "The Owner". My friend offered to get us some dinner from the Grass Valley location, and I sent them a text requesting what my choice was. My friend read right from the text the dinner i was hoping for. When my friend arrived at my place I discovered that the order was wrong. Not even close. I called the restaurant, and shared what was discovered. First I was told that I must have ordered the dinner from the Penn Valley location...wrong. Second, I was informed that I was speaking with the owner... okay, interesting information. Third, I was told that my friend ordered what was received....nope. Then I was offered a substitute, something else, but not what I had originally ordered since they didn't have the ingredients to make what I had originally ordered...at an "adjusted" price. The "Owner" insisted that she was right, and my friend and I were wrong. Well, the bottom line is that I will never support this restaurant, nor recommend it...
