I will never go back to this place. I brought them an irreplaceable piece of medical gear from a company itout of business. On the phone, they said they would work on it the same day. We didn't need it back that fast, so we said we would pick it up in four or five days. What followed was a month-long odyssey of abysmal communication, them not knowing where the device was, and ultimately extracting the device from them still in its broken state. The place is chaotic and disorganized, usually with several people waiting. Calling on the phone was incredibly frustrating. The woman would tell me that she had to ask her boss and he wasn't available and she would call me back. Then she wouldn't call me back. Then I called the next day and even said that she had said she was going to call me back but she wouldn't, and was she really going to call me back today. She said yes, she was. Of course, I didn't ever hear from her. When my wife went in to talk to them a few days later, the woman said she had been busy as an excuse for not having called me back. Then when I called again and ultimately said we were going to pick it up unfixed, she said I'd have to pay a labor charge! Thankfully, the guy didn't try to make that charge when I did pick it up. All in all, we wasted about 4 1/2 hours. My device isn't the easiest job, I'm sure, but the extreme lack of communication and disorganization, and even being unable to locate the device the first time we went to pick it up, leaves me with zero confidence in them.
Update: I read Mohamed's response. My wife did go in and demand that we get our gear back after three weeks of waiting and no messages. They couldn't find the device so she couldn't pick it up that day. We got no subsequent call to come get it, but I called and told them we were going to come get it. I recently had my iPhone 16 repaired here after the screen cracked, and Iâm beyond disappointed with the entire experience. They installed a new screen, assuring me that everything would work perfectly fine once the replacement was complete and they charged me 220$ was quoted for 160 over the phone then went up to 220 once i came into the store said it would be more for "Black Spots". But when I got my phone back they said i needed to chisel the frame and tried to charge me more, i then said i did not need that "planed on taking it elsewhere" cause they were super nice once i walked in but thats a sign they were gonna take complete advantage of me, and they ended up doing it for free and " the Chiseling" still didn't work. phone stayed at 1% and now will not even turn on. once i came back in saying it wont even charge they gave me a charger, and hurried me out saying i was the last customer. Shady tactics. i plan on going back in and demanding a refund. since i payed over 200$ for a phone that didnt work at all, basicaly received the same phone, only difference was it turned on for ten minutes and the first thing i was greeted with was phone notifications saying the screen and battery were not apple products. They said the screen was after market "basically means China garbage which i was okay with" but the notification of the battery really threw me off. not sure if they stole my battery and swapped with a cheaper china...
   Read moreMohammad is THE BEST and so are his employees! I went here to have my glitching phone fixed and Mohammad quickly found water damage. It needed a few hours to dry out but I was only in town for the day and unfortunately did not have transportation to come pick it up later. Mohammad amazingly offered to meet me anywhere. I needed to drop my phone off later. The shop is always really busy, but they get people through very fast. Itâs clear he has a lot of loyal customers that know him by name every time Iâve been in there. Despite being very busy, he met me about 20 minutes away from the shop with my phone, which was amazing and told me he had ordered me a screen protector that was going to be delivered to the shop. Literally outstanding customer service. Thereâs a reason why this place is rated so high. Trust me. When I noticed one of my buttons that was not an issue before Started glitching afterwords, I brought my phone back to the shop and the female employee determined it was from rust damage and fixed it for free. Not only that, she then agreed to meet me at the same place 20 minutes from the shop when it was done, so I was not waiting around town. She also told me that Mohammad said my battery is starting to wear out and offered to replace it for free which is huge because I paid well over $70 to replace my last phones battery at Best Buy. Every time Iâm in the store I hear Mohammad offering a free case or a screen protector to one of his customers.
