Lamppost Pizza — Restaurant in Grass Valley

Got my pizza, $39.00 for a large. Brought it home for several ppl to eat during football. Sausage on the pizza was burnt, and there was almost no sauce. It was awful. No one ate it. I called and the "manager" said I would have to bring back the pizza to get it remade today. She argued with me that there was nothing wrong with it. I asked if I could bring it back in in a couple days,and get a new one, because I don't live in town and we were watching football and didn't want to drive an hour RT to get a pizza. She said no. She argued that the pizza was fine. It is gross. I asked if I could bring it in tomorrow or Thursday and just get a sandwich to replace the pizza, and she said instead she would give me $10 off my next order. A $40 pizza that is inedible, and a manager who is horrible at customer service. I hope the owner sees this and makes this right. Ill never order...

It had been a while since we had been to Lamppost Pizza but once we picked up our order and took one look at our mushroom & black olive pizza and it all came back to us 😋 Our pizza was covered so thick with mushrooms & olives that you could barely see the fresh baked crust, sauce & cheese. Not only was it delicious but they didn't skimp on anything. I highly recommend giving if a try some time. I doubt you will be disappointed 😉

WARNING: Once you have tried Lamppost, you may feel a some hostility towards some of the popular chain pizza parlors like Round Table who get away with charging $30+/- for a large pizza and you will be lucky to find more than a topping or 2 on each piece?!? I have been a customer for years and this rude female employee just cost my business tonight. Unless she is fired I will never order another pizza from them again. And I will tell everybody that this place is no good. Who ever she is just made a huge mistake. You don’t take a pizza order and lock your door 5 minutes after 9:00. This company doesn’t need customers anymore. Not hard working good paying customers like me. The person who was picking up the pizza was at grocery store for me and got there as soon as he could.
