Place is good, owner is friendly. But whatever the other guy is he needs to take a chill. Have to teach him how to treat customers and how to listen to them I just jump of having them interrupt them if that's something you can't do then quit. As a landscaper I do appreciate your discounts as a business owner myself you have to improve customer service. I understand and make it frustrating at times but if you're having a bad day go home don't work don't assist people you can't take the pressure and be friendly and don't work. I deal with customers, people all the time and I know how to treat them well. no matter what I'm going through or how I feel that doesn't matter. The plant selection was nice however, the older lady that rung up our plants was definitely NOT. She yelled at my husband who was wheeling in our plants to pay for them to STOP! Ok, really!! What's Not to love about this place?! I've been going here for over 23 years and I've NEVER been treated neutral and certainly not bad. Always highly knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly without gushing service. Great options but do wish someone local would carry some culturally different varieties like Thai basil, lemongrass, Mexican oregano, shishito peppers, bok choy, ect... Other than that......
