Today is "SUPPORT LYMAN GILMORE" day, which the restaurant will contribute a portion back to the school. So the district announced all to go eat out at Panda Express tonight to help support. Well, my father and kids went to get dinner, and they voiced out supporting Lyman Gilmore. In addition, my father is deaf, and my kids are helping translating. In response, the staff would not honor as they declined to honor to donate to Lyman Gilmore. My father videocalled my wife and I on FB Messenger, and the staff directly asked for proof we are part of Lyman Gilmore, such as a flyer. Because a text notification is not sufficient.
Never expected pushback/resistance to support our school's by eating at the resturant.
Grass Valley School district is doing great with their notification system, via text message, phone call, and email informing about eating at Panda Express, but Panda Express is making sure to avoid giving back to the community.
I will be following up informing the district to let them know of the experience tonight. Maybe it is time to...

A rich zesty blend of spice and rice to help make everything else taste quite nice, with plenty more to ensure guaranteed leftovers. 😎 Some tables were left soiled with wonton batter crumbs, stray noodle chunks & fried rice kernels by previous guests, due to a lack of free time from employees to help wipe and clean them down for others. However when I attended, the place was BUSTLING with customers awaiting to put in their orders, leaving the employees very little to no chance to do much else at all except handle the kitchen with rudimentary force. Despite all the chaos, the Panda associates held their cool and maintained courtesy quality customer service. My advice to you: don't forget to request chopsticks after ordering, try to beat the lunch rush if at all possible, show up before 8pm to ensure legit freshness and to prevent upsetting the late shift crew... and most importantly, please BRING BACK SWEETFIRE CHICKEN!!!!!!!!...

They put the phone down and went about their shift. After about 5-10 mins of being on "hold" I heard one worker ask the person who put the phone down about "the person on the phone" the work who put the phone down said "I dont know I put them on hold I dont know if they're still there". By the 10 min mark my dasher had already grabbed my food but I stayed on the line to see if they'd pick up and try to help me. Nope they hung up after 13 mins and 51 seconds. Absolutely horrible customer service and relations. That person needs to be retrained how to answer phones and deal with customers. I dont normally complain about businesses but something as bad as hanging up on a customer after putting them on hold for over 13 mins is absolutely not okay. I would give no...
