Took my wife's iPhone 6s to be repaired, and received the phone back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. The screen was "repaired," but wouldn't auto-lock the screen when held to the ear, the screen would become unresponsive during regular use, and the pressure sensitivity would no longer be detected by the screen. Returned a couple days later to have these problems resolved, and was told it must be a "defective" screen and they would replace it under warranty. Replaced the screen, and continued to have the same problems. Returned a little while later to have it "fixed" for a 3rd time, and they "discovered" a broken cable that needed to be replaced that would cost me $45 plus tax. After a lengthy argument, they offered me the cable for free. However, this phone still has the same problems. Now, when I came in to have my wife's screen replaced, it was a small crack in the bottom corner, and everything worked flawlessly. Had it repaired, and it suddenly came back with a slew of problems. During the 3rd time of having the phone worked on, 3 separate customers entered the store that had previously had their phones worked on by this store, all who were still having problems with their phones after "repairs."
And that's just their repair jobs. Let's not forget that the screens have a completely different tint than standard iPhone screens, and aren't near as vibrant on color. Good luck using them in sunlight where the iridescent sheen reflects all light. They will argue tooth and nail that it looks the same as the retina display, BUT IT'S NOT.
And then, we have customer service. They are completely unwilling to take responsibility for their repairs. One or two mistakes here and there are fine, but when you've been in the store for an hour, and 4 out 4 customers are returning because their devices don't work properly after repair, it may be time to look in the mirror and realize maybe your facility isn't doing something correctly. They are argumentative and will try to play the good guys while belittling you.

I brought it back in just so they could tell me it was the battery. I was charged for a new battery and had it replaced. Come to find out it still did not charge, so I returned back just so that they could tell me it was the battery again and replace it. After driving 26 miles there and back several times they could not get it fixed and mentioned that the charging was the issue from the get go. They offered to replace the charging port for an additional 40 dollars. My issue is why would I have to pay for something that I had mentioned was wrong with the phone but yet they replaced something else that was not messed up on the phone. You cannot stand behind your work if you are going to double charge someone for a issue and non issue on one's device. Run around after run around, i went back the following Friday not only were they not ready but took the second payment from me, then told me i would get a call that evening or the next day then press a button and phone would be unlocked, not only did i not get a call, or my phone unlocked, they are giving me a run around about a refund, saying it could be 4 weeks, but I'm betting I won't get a dime back, so pretty much paid 107 dollars for absolutely nothing but stress and a waste of my time, I hope the BBB gets wind of this joke of a company, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 107 dollars isn't that big of a deal, but stealing people's hard earned money for no service is.
