i am a long-time client of jib, so its rather disturbing to have these kinds of things happen to me. First i ordered two jumbo jacks, at the drive-thru asking that they replace the mayo with mustard. so, after i paid and they gave me what was supposed to be my order i drove away... after i'm like 5 miles away i stop my vehicle to look at my order..instead of mustard i have double the usual amount of mayo. so i make a u-turn to go back..i call the number on the receipt and the one who answers, apologizes and says, " no problem, just bring it back and we will gladly fix it"..i go through the drive-thru again and hand over my bag. and wait.. not five minutes later , here comes "my order".. i took it, and drove away, fully confident that all is okay.. when i get home, i look inside my bag, to see my order.....again, wth... so i call back to the store...and the mgr. apologizes, and says she is so sorry...but that i could come back again to get it "fixed" right..so i go back, and this time i hand the bag back and she, (the mgr) goes into the kitchen area and prepares my order herself... wraps it, puts it in the bag and hands it to me , to inspect it . right then and there....this time it is correct....finally...all too often this is not the exception, rather its the rule....at this...
Read moreStopped in yesterday and ordered a box of popcorn chicken with a large curly fry and 6 tacos. We get our order, check it and realize the receipt is correct but we only got 2 tacos and a regular fry. Okay, no big deal it happens. So we sit through the line again, get to the window where we were treated like an inconvenience (even though it wasn’t our fault). The lady demanded our receipt, okay cool whatever, so we gave it to her and explained what was missing. She asked where the large regular fry was and my husband was like well it’s in the box with the chicken. She takes the box from him. We were like okay I guess we get a new one since she took it right? Nope. She gives back the same box with (I’m not joking) maybe 10 tiny curly fries dumped on top. Really guys? That’s not a large curly fry. Terrible customer service. Fast food places should never take food back like they did, but especially with the pandemic going on. Unprofessional & unsanitary. Avoid...
