I ordered 4 of the build your own Luxe meals and chose to do it via the app. I also had a couple of sides and 5 drinks.. I went through the drive thru to pick it up. I ask the girl with the yucky looking long black fingernails if I needed to check the order and make sure it was all correct. Without smiling or being overly friendly, she answered that checking it wasn’t necessary because she assured me that it was all correct. We got home and everything we ordered was all crammed in one big bag with no markings to let us know what was what. So, needless to say, someone had to put their hands all over everyone else’s food in order to know whose food belonged to who. There was a missing item and it was one of the main items in one of the meals. It would have been a thousand times easier if each meal would have been bagged separately and then together in the larger bag. The food was also cold and they were out of the ingredients needed for one of the frozen drinks that I ordered . Lesson learned. Read moreThis might have been my worst restaurant experience ever! I placed an order on the app. I pulled in the parking lot and they were crazy busy. Cars around the drive-thru so I decided to go in and pick up my order. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before even being recognized! Something went wrong with the app, so I had to reorder at the counter. People that came in after me got their food before me! I was in that lobby for 30 minutes and I still had to ask about my order. The girl that finally noticed me said that since I had to replace the order that I had been moved to the back. I was pissed and I let them know about it! The manager comes around the corner and asked what was wrong. I proceeded to tell him how long I had been there, how long that I had to wait at the counter before being recognized and that is was unacceptable! He says okay I'll work on your order now. No apology, no nothing. That finally get my order. I get home and two of my items were wrong! I want to be able to eat at Taco Bell because I like the food. But, I won't if it's ever...
Read moreOverall everything could be improved at the Greenville ,Tx location. I got there and said I was there to pickup an order, I was then told it was being prepared. The front desk worker Abby then went back to drawing in her book. I waited about 10-15 minutes, two people before me started complaining about the wait time they had apparently been there for about 30 minutes. Just to figure out Abby didn’t check no one in because she was too busy drawing in her book. They finally got their orders and it had been about 30 minutes for me so I asked about an eta. Just to be told Abby didn’t check me in, so I said forget it and asked for a refund just to find out I gotta go back through the app. And to be told I would hear back 2-3 days, which is insane. I will not be going back to the Greenville location ever again the workers are all slow and don’t seem to care about customers at all, I’m surprised the store is even still open because every time I have gone there is always a problem whether it be the service...
