Cicis Pizza

My family and I came in to enjoy a nice buffet together. We have been on the road all day and decided to stop at CiCi’s. Every team member was fantastic, friendly and someone kept stopping to make sure everything was good! The only issue we had was with a manager named Emma, she was the only one wearing a different shirt which was green. It says very plain and boldly that if you want something, just ask for it! We didn’t see any brownies so we asked if they could make us some. Well, apparently that was too much to ask of her. So we waited for her to walk away and we asked one of the crew members if they could make it for us and they didn’t hesitate to say yes! Then Emma walks back in as they are about to make it and then the mood changed like they were scared of doing something without her permission.. so the crew asked her if that’s okay and she says no again. Her excuse was that they couldn’t make it because of the “Promotional” Oreo pizza that is out. Which still doesn’t make any sense. We paid for the buffet so there is really no reason we weren’t able to get what we wanted. Everything else was impeccable. Food/crew/drinks/beverage station was fully stocked - 100%
