Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Greenville

O boy let me just say cicis is normally one of our favorites that is until we went to the greenville texas store... So if I could give a minus star this would be minus atleast 5, this us the dirtiest most disgusting restaurants I have been in. The door going from the floor to the back I assume where dishes are washed then office is eat is painted red of course only this one comes with a big black spot of dirty where people push it.open atleast 2 feet square it looks like a damn car oil change place door yes that dirty, there's chucks missing from the divider wall on the floor, the soda machine was stickie as well as the table it sits on, the salad bar had dressing all over it veggies mixed up just yuck. Before you say o im sure they was just busy um nope it wasn't even lunch time it was maybe 11:15,not to mention it was myself and a 9 year old who is super picky and very anti germs society order a pi,za for the table like always o ly this time we was told no they was putting on out in a minute we could help ourself from there so 30 bucks for us 2 a buffet and one dri k the kids meal comes with a drink and u wont.let me get a whole pizza wow ok so I had toast stand at buffet waiting this pizza to make sure no one else touched it for her. My family and I came in to enjoy a nice buffet together. We have been on the road all day and decided to stop at CiCi’s. Every team member was fantastic, friendly and someone kept stopping to make sure everything was good! The only issue we had was with a manager named Emma, she was the only one wearing a different shirt which was green. It says very plain and boldly that if you want something, just ask for it! We didn’t see any brownies so we asked if they could make us some. Well, apparently that was too much to ask of her. So we waited for her to walk away and we asked one of the crew members if they could make it for us and they didn’t hesitate to say yes! Then Emma walks back in as they are about to make it and then the mood changed like they were scared of doing something without her permission.. so the crew asked her if that’s okay and she says no again. Her excuse was that they couldn’t make it because of the “Promotional” Oreo pizza that is out. Which still doesn’t make any sense. We paid for the buffet so there is really no reason we weren’t able to get what we wanted. Everything else was impeccable. Food/crew/drinks/beverage station was fully stocked - 100%

After a long day of work, my family and I were eager to relax and enjoy some pizza for dinner. We placed an order for our usual favorites and a spinach pizza with alfredo sauce for myself. My mouth watered just thinking about the gooey cheese and fresh toppings. As we sat down to eat, I noticed that several tables had dirty dishes and used napkins left on them, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy at the time. The floors looked like they hadn't been swept in days and there was a generally unclean feeling to the whole establishment. I realized my pizza was missing. I waited patiently for 30 minutes, my stomach growling, as my family devoured slice after slice. Finally, I decided to check on my order.
