Best customer service I’ve had. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Peter who knew exactly where to go after I told him I was looking for a traditional prom tuxedo. I am tall with a bigger lower body so the first two pants I had tried on were too tight. The 3rd pair of pants were slightly too big but it was fine because Peter was able to tailor them to my body type as well as tailoring the tuxedo to my body type. I walked in to the store knowing virtually nothing about tuxedos and walked out knowing different terminologies such as : winged collar, French cuff, etc. He even stayed passed the closing time to help me which I knew I had to write a review after that. Very good customer service. As a matter of fact, excellent....superior customer service. If you want to win me over, that is how you do it. Not only that, I asked if they honor Veterans. I wasn't looking for a handout, this is something I always ask. They said yes, we give a ten percent discount to "ALL" Veterans. I said thank you sir; he said no, I want to thank you. I really appreciated his generosity. He could have easily said no we do not. At checkout he told the young lady at the cash register to give me a fifteen percent discount. The store offers a great variety of styles & prices for shoes, hats, accessories , formal or casual clothes.Whether you are tiny or 4X this store can accommodate you. The sales people are knowledgeable, patient & helpful. Mr. Hines & the other young man were pleasantly humorous. Ms. Purdie efficiently guided me to the correct size/fits & skillfully suggested a few nicely color coordinated accessories.
