The ice cream here is great, when my family came to visit and wanted ice cream, this was my first choice! The service is normally great, super attentive staff. Today was not so great, the attendant helping me seemed distracted and made multiple mistakes. I asked for a two scoop sundae, first she got one of the ice cream scoops wrong, then she forgot a topping-sprinkles, which is also the only topping I asked for. When I got my sundae, I was concerned that it had hot fudge and not hot caramel, as their caramel is dark in color. When I asked her, which I asked as nicely as I could because it was obvious she had something else going on in her mind, she said it was caramel. The employee next to her made a face to her, as if I was being rude. He could at least had the decency to make fun of customers behind their backs. I'm upset that I have to worry about being treated that way for something as simple as scooping ice cream. I recommend sticking to simple scoops, stay away from anything that requires more information than "cup or cone". Or if you do get something a bit more complicated (read:one topping, 2 ice creams), be prepared to accept it however they feel like making it, or be ridiculed for just wanting your sundae the way you...

I thought the store had a very friendly atmosphere with great decor that really embodies what you guys are all about. There was a big selection of not just ice cream, but also a big selection of milk and natural honey! The workers were very friendly not just to me but to all the other customers as well. While I was there, a lady who wasn't from this country wanted to try different ice creams and it was hard for her to communicate this as she didn't seem to speak english. The workers were very patient and helped her the best they could and let her get many different samples so she could make the best choice. This type of customer service is what builds customer loyalty. I also saw there were awards and certifications displayed not just on the walls but in the middle of the store where people could easily see, this is great marketing. I had a great experience and the ice cream was phenomenal (I got the fudge ripple one.) I visited the Simply Natural Creamery scoop shop in Greenville and had such a great experience! The shop is clean and cozy, with a rustic charm that reflects their local farm roots.

Even though it was busy, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They took time to recommend flavors and make everyone feel welcome. I asked what their best-seller was, and they recommended Butter Pecan—it was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. It definitely lived up to the hype!

I loved the seasonal ice cream choices, and it was great to see they also offer local products like honey, jams, and spreads, along with their signature milk and t-shirts.

They had signage encouraging social media engagement, and their Instagram and website match the same fun, family-focused vibe. There’s even a loyalty punch card, which is a nice bonus for repeat visits.
