Taco Bell — Restaurant in Greenville

Had to take away my 5 star review.

12:37am… sitting about to make a quick last minute order at Taco Bell… since I just got off work. And I watch them close up shop and leave. It’s not 1 am. I used to manage a Taco Bell. You are open until 1 and then close.. I believe that’s how it goes.. at least it used to.

Again I edit, I was wrong.. still someone here I seen them at drive thru window, barely because all the lights are off and you can’t see anyone else. Just a car parked at the door.

Wouldn’t let me place my order online, and no lights.. still 5 stars.

Below was a much different situation at this location from a few years ago.. this new situation doesn’t deserve 5 stars.

5 stars all the way. I have had the normal up and downs when it comes to Taco Bell. But, this trip was phenomenal.

I don’t know how, but the Doritos tacos stayed crispy until I got home. And the crunchy taco blew my mind.

I came home, got right and when I went to eat it a good 10-15 minutes since I left the restaurant.. it was STILL CRISPY!!

Awesome! (This review has me sounding real fat!)

Also the customized grilled cheese burrito was done perfectly, and that’s a rarity! It was delicious.

Went to this site and ordered at the drive through a cravings box and they told me that is only available through the mobile app. I understood this and asked if I can just order through the mobile app and they said I have to go back through the line and we are the only ones in line lol. So I go back through and they claim they don’t have half the things I ordered available. I was very patient and said that was okay and asked if I could just get a refund for the things y’all don’t have and I’ll take the rest. Apparently they do not do refunds on mobile orders. Again I was still being nice and patient while the manager was being very rude to me while trying to figure out the solution. Yes I know I am ordering food at 11pm at night but that is no excuse to be rude to customers and act like I’m taking up so much...

I have been through this particular Taco Bell's drive-thru probably about 10 times in the past 2 months, and they have gotten my order wrong literally EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have been at different times of day, and different levels of busy-ness, so that obviously isn't a factor. And it's not even like the order is just a little off - it is completely butchered, every time. And, almost every time, it has taken them a good fifteen minutes (at least) to get me what I originally ordered. If this is how it goes with most people's drive-thru orders, I'm surprised this place makes any money, considering all the food they would waste via incorrect orders. If you are looking for fast food that is actually correct the first time around, just save yourself the headache and go...
