The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional, they always complain to what you are doing. One employee will tell you to do something then the other employee will yell at you for doing such. Glazes are horrible and the firings are not done properly. You pay to glaze here (or throw) and then they tell you that you are not allowed in there and kick you out. Went in there one time to drop off pottery and was about to leave and I got "spoken too" 3 times going out the door saying I had to leave. And then spoken to 2 more times after that about the same time. Its like they don't understand that we are paying customers. They do not have any customer service skills or people skills. save your money, don't go to this place. Find a friendly place to spend your money at and support. I wouldn't Bring your kids here either for kids camps, I was in there right before a kids class started and the teacher says in a rash rude voice "sit down, don't move and don't talk I don't feel like dealing...

I asked what it meant if a online registration for a class said "unavailable" (if it was a new class). Nastily and condescendingly she said "um, it means NOT AVAILABLE". It was how she said it that was so nasty! The 2nd person I spoke to was so helpful and sweet and hate I missed her name.
Laura and Rendy are the nastiest employees that Greenville Parks & Rec has and they do this business a huge disservice. If it weren't for Ms. Cherry and the arts classes and the Aquatic Center, we would have been severed ties with Greenville...
Read moreA legendary skate park that while not as good as it once was is still better than most. There is a halfpipe with a spine in the middle, a big street course with everything, a smaller section off to the side, and an old outdoor hockey court or skate rink that has slowly started to become a freestyle/DIY area similar to the one at Marsh Creek if they will allow it. The cons are that the ramps are old so in need of near constant repair and the concrete and cracks there are terrible. It would be nice to see Greenville get a brand new skatepark or DIY but until then...
