Biscuitville — Restaurant in Greenville

Food is great! Definitely love the biscuits and gravy, grits and hash brown casserole. Though, I felt extremely rushed in the drive thru line. I wasn’t provided with a menu to look at to see if I wanted to change up my order at all until I pulled up to the person standing outside. She handed me a menu to read but as she handed it she said “What can I get you?”. I only got grits and hash brown casserole since I felt rushed. They’re delicious and I only paid about 5-6 dollars for both all together. Although, when I got to the window to check and make sure my order was right I was going to ask for extra salt and pepper. Once I opened my mouth to speak the man at the window said “Have a good day.” with a rushed attitude. He was also just holding my bag out the window before I pulled up. This isn’t the first time this same man has given me attitude for no reason at the drive thru. Last time I assumed he was just confused on how the register works and may have been new or something but now I realize it’s just his attitude. So 4 out of my last 5 visits my order has either been made incorrectly, missing something and everytime I go your out of stock of something. I was so excited about Biscuitville coming to Greenville and it was great the first month or so - now the service has gone down drastically with accuracy, staffing issues and out of stocks. So today on check # 1326826 you were out of stock on English Muffins so I went with a skinny biscuit that was made incorrectly as I ordered a bacon and egg biscuit yet cheese was added (this has happened now 3 times in a row). Also I was missing Hashbrown that I paid for - but when I got home I wasn't going back because my food would've gotten cold. Up until the past month or so they still had hand pies (which my kids and myself loved these) on the drive and instore menu yet out of stock. Also my next issue is only one lane open most of the time for drive thrus - why have the other lane if you're not going to use it. now if its busy with only one lane - it forces cars in the back to be backed up onto Greenville blvd (which is also the busiest road in Greenville) With all of this being said I'm not sure I can continue to support...

We have a Biscuitville not too far from where we live, and I have never been to one despite passing many locations. I decided to come here for breakfast one morning to check it out! I got the steak, egg, and cheese biscuit combo with the fries instead of the hashbrown. My partner got the sausage gravy biscuit combo with a hashbrown. We placed our order at the counter, and I gave my name. We sat down, and then our name was called for me to pick up the food. I was very pleased with the cost of the food and the portions. The french fries were good and seasoned well. The gravy for the sausage gravy was nice. The steak, egg, and cheese biscuit was really good! I do not normally get fried steak with breakfast, but I decided to do something different and was glad that I did.
