Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Greenville

PLEASE READ: I HIGHLY ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO EAT HERE !!!!!!!!!!!! They only have one good cook and 2 good car-hops and one of them used to be a cook so that explains how extremely lack luster the management is I advise highly not to eat there at one point in 2017 they scored the lowest possile score I've ever seen (87) and currently have a 93 (still disgusting) sanitation score the management looks dirty so how do you think the store looks ???? Very nasty envorment I've seen employees drop food and put it back on containers and continue like it's nothing they are Extremely understaffed because everybody quit due to management (I'm a former employee) and no this isn't out of anger I haven't been employed there since February but it's facts I am still friends with some of my old co-workers so I still work there (please pray for them) hoping the manager gets replaced soon for the sake of the business DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU!!!!!!!!! The managers daughter steals money from patrons who come through the drive thru and has been caught many times but no action has been put forth to stop her in fact she got a promotion (along with everybody in the managers household which is extremely biased) but what do you expect to happen when her mother was terminated from her last management job for embezzlement ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? 10 Stars. The General Manager here is AMAZING. As often as I come here I'm always astonished by how professional and hard working she is and it shows. Whoever does the hiring here does an incredible job picking responsible staff with fantastic personalities. I really do love coming here not only because I generally enjoy Sonic drinks but the crew keeps me coming back. They don't even know me and I doubt they realize how often I stop by but as a customer whose only passing through, I've seen them go above and beyond for good and terrible customers. I'd go as far to say they have the best customer service experience in Greenville in my humble opinion. Food is great, Drinks are great, but the service is Stellar. I've made it a point to add on anything they upsell me just because I respect everyone who works there. I've never been treated better and I'll continue to patronize this location for as long as the current management continues to make this the best Sonic I've ever been to. Special mention to Angel; who might actually be angelic. And of course Jennifer, who every GM should aspire to be like. Honestly, everyone who works there is perfect- I can't exclude a single person. They wow me as a former fast food manager and regular customer -they are on another level....

I normally never leave reviews on google but this sonic amazed me last night. I came with a friend of mine around 10 last night after we both just worked a 13 hour shift. We order a bunch of food which included two philly cheesesteaks. I managed to spill my entire sandwich in my lap and in my car. Needless to say I was covered in ranch as well. I clicked the button to order some more napkins and my carhop (I believe Aaliyah was her name) came out saw me wearing my dinner and immediately went to ask if she could make me another one. A few moments later Jesse came out and talked to me for a while and offered to make me a new sandwich himself. On them. After working a 13 hour shift these two truly captured my heart by taking really good care of me and made my night. Being a former Sonic employee at a different location this kind of service was truly amazing. I know this was a long review but these staff at this location are doing a fantastic job and never fail to satisfy. Definitely go check them out if you have not before.
