Personally, I will never be booking another party here ever again and I highly suggest no one else waste their money on this place. Called to schedule a party, asked for times closest to 2-4. Was told over the phone that the party would be 1:30 to 4:30 since they need 30 mins to give out socks and go over the rules. Asked for paper invitations instead of email and for them to add the gift bag option for extra. Recieved an email saying that the party would be 1:30 to 5. I called to confirm the time change and told the email was correct and to be in at 1:30 for rules and such. Fast forward a week to the party with a side mention that I never recieved the paper invitations so I bought some to send out myself. First sign of issues is that I recieved a call at 1:10 from them asking if we were still coming. Told them of course I was. They proceed to tell me that we were actually scheduled to be in at 1. Told them that we were on our way but it would still be 130 when we got there like we were told. Chaos pretty much ensued from there. My event break down stated that the kids would jump from 2 to 330. We were pulled off the floor at 3 and told we had to go to the party room. Asked why because my kids were suppose to have another 30 mins. Was told that they had another party coming in at 4 and we had to be out by then despite what my email said. On top of that I end up spending more money on bottled water there because there is no outside drinks, you are not allowed access to the drinks for the party, and the water fountain they have tastes like toilet water. They also never put the gift bags into the system so no gift bags at all for the other kids and as promised we were pushed out at 4 instead of leaving at 5. Asked to talk to the manager about all the mistakes and all that truly came out of it was it was made 100% clear that not a single one of the employees there knew what they are doing. There is far more to the story, but it would make this review 10x longer. In the end asked that the store manager call me, but I highly doubt he will get the message. I am only ok with giving 1 star because atleast the kids had fun even though their...
Read more5 year old grandson went to a classmate's birthday party. Jump time was an hour and a half. He had a great time, staff seemed indifferent. The girl serving the party was okay. Saw the prices, seemed just a bit pricey, but kids had an awesome time!......
Ok, I have to update my review 6 years later. As others have stated, do NOT sign up for the membership. It is impossible to cancel. June 25 purchased for my now 11 years old grandson. One place says to cancel 3 days out, another 5 days out if you don't want to renewal. 8 days out I tried to cancel, with no confirmation, then again the next day, 1 week out. Still no confirmation. Yesterday I was charged. Today I have called repeatedly, they never answer the phone and never returned the calls. I do not want to go down there, that would not be pleasant. I have locked my credit card and will dispute the charge, but what a pathetic way to run a business. Take your business to Big Air instead, and avoid Sky Zone at all costs, because those costs will recur over and over.
So here's an update. Some dude did call me back. Asked me how I tried to cancel. Evidently there's 3 ways to do that, corporat website, Sky Zone Greenville website, and on the membership confirmation email that I received, which is what I tried to do, because it was right there in front of me! He told me there was no record of my cancelation, although I attempted to do it twice. He said he would cancel for me, but refused to give me a refund. I told him that was a pitiful way to do business and he told me that I needed to check my tone. I said my tone fits your business model and you'll never see anyone from my family ever again and hung up on him, because I didn't agree with his tone either.
Another update...I decided to file a complaint with Upstate BBB. Turns out, SkyZone Greenville has a...
Read moreIf you're looking for a fun and exciting way to spend some quality time with your kids, look no further than Sky Zone Trampoline Park on Laurens Road in Greenville, SC. This place is a blast for the whole family, whether you want to jump, dodge, flip, or slam dunk.
My kids and I visited Sky Zone on a Saturday afternoon, and we had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. We bought the 90-minute jump pass, which was a good deal for the amount of fun we had. We started with the freestyle jump area, where we bounced around on the wall-to-wall trampolines. Then we moved on to the SkySlam court, where we showed off our basketball skills on the hoops of different heights. My son even managed to do a 360 dunk, which was awesome.
Next, we tried the Ultimate Dodgeball court, where we joined a team of other jumpers and played a thrilling game of dodgeball on trampolines. It was a lot of fun, and a good workout too. We also checked out the Foam Zone, where we jumped into a giant pit of foam cubes. It was like landing on a cloud, except more colorful. Finally, we ended our session with the Challenge Zone, where we tested our balance and agility on the SkyLadder, SkyJoust, and SkyLine. It was a bit tricky, but we had a lot of laughs along the way.
Overall, we had a fantastic time at Sky Zone, and we can't wait to go back. It was a great way to bond with my kids, and to unleash our inner child. I highly recommend Sky Zone to anyone who is looking for a fun and active way to spend an afternoon. It's not just a trampoline park,...
