Went Saturday 9/22/18 with a lady friend on a first date. Albeit this was not the first choice but we came right in and got a seat in a nice area. We ordered drinks and went over the menu. Our drinks came a bit late but we were in no rush. After working 10 hours and rushing home for a well anticipated first day enjoy the time spent. When our server looked at the drink she said she even felt like I was stiffed on my drink and she'd ask the bartender to make another. Never got it or was mentioned again. We ordered wings to split, me smoked and my friend fried hard. We never got our food. The young lady told us there was a malfunction within the system that did NOT read our order and it would be a bit longer and that she would bring out a fresh batch no charge while we waited for our meal. No problem. She came out and the wings looked like if you bit into them it would squirt blood. We asked to take them back and cook them longer for a darker brown. She came out with more that looked equal to the original batch. My friend asked to speak with a manager and he said the same thing about the machine had problems all week. At this point I just said I'll pay for the drinks only and cancel the rest. The manager didn't seem to be bothered or care about our service. He just smiled smugly and didn't even attempt to apologize or have shame. Not even I'll offer you a 10% off your next meal to get us to come another time. This did not ruin our date but made for a memorable day. We ended up at Chick-fil-A (my first time eating there) and the service I got from them was outstanding. Hooters take notes or lose...

Definitely the worst Hooters I’ve ever eaten at. Arrived on a night when the establishment wasn’t busy and had maybe 3 tables occupied. Establishment was filthy with unoccupied tables dirty. Ordered appetizers and they arrived promptly and hot. Food took an additional 50 minutes to arrive. All boneless wings were cold and you could tell they had been sitting around for a while. Other food came out incorrectly as ordered. When waitress was notified of cold and old wings, she took them away and it was assumed they would be re-made fresh. 5 minutes later she came back and asked if we wanted them redone. At that point, we said just forget about it and remove it from the bill. Drinks never got refilled for majority of table. Had to get up and find waitress for a to go box, and she was sitting down eating. I’ve waited tables and there is absolutely no excuse for poor service or food when the restaurant was not busy. I officially do not recommend stopping at this Hooters. Management of this restaurant should call the Raleigh Airport location and learn how to run a...
Read moreDecided to hit Hooters on a Monday, after Chase Elliott won a race in the Hooters car. When he wins, they offer buy 10 wings, get 10 free. (Our waitress May, told us that's the deal on Mondays and Wednesdays whether or not Chase wins.) We ordered our drinks and some fried pickles (which are free in Chase comes in the top 10) and the pickles were out in about 5 minutes. We ordered 40 wings (10 garlic parm, 30 original hot) and a dozen Buffalo shrimp and fries. It took more than 45 minutes to get our food. The restuarant was less than half full, and most tables I seen had food already. It was ridiculous that it took so long to get our food. The buffalo shrimp were cold and the wings were over breaded. The breading was so thick we had to pull it off to get to the meat. Also, there were only 6 flats out of 40 wings. Hooters charges you extra if you want all flats. It's not right that they pawn off the drums on all the other orders. I usually love Hooters' wings, but these were the worst I've ever had! Unfortunately, I had a doctor's appointment (which i was late to because of the slow kitchen) and had to leave, so I wasn't able to speak...
