Culver's NEVER disappoints!

UPDATE I just went this week September 2025 for another delicious grilled chicken sandwich 😋 with fries 🍟 and sweet tea it was a great meal. It was a blessing to have our order taken by the nicest young lady, and brought out to our table by the kindest young man. THEN afterwards when I presented the survey the most lovely gal said that she would love to offer me a chocolate custard in a cup - you can also choose a cone- and she thanked me for taking the survey 😊. As was my memory, the custard (located by the pint in the freezer in the foyer are "Ben and Jerry" type combination flavors - I've NEVER had one that wasn't AMAZING) is velvety and creamy and the flavor is not too sweet but rich and my idea of heaven on earth if ice cream kissed gelato 🙌 ENJOY (and thank me later)

FOOD I went for something new (YES the butter 🧈 burger fries OR CHEESE CURDS sweet tea and made fresh daily custard are STILL MY FAVORITES) I tried a grilled chicken sandwich and was NOT a bit disappointed!!! It was excellent. Juicy and tasty ❤️

SERVICE They work SO QUICKLY and took advantage of a gap on the long lines but you can enjoy their "avoid the lines and order online" option

LOCATION Central midtown easy to get to from I-85 Laurens Rd exit or 385 Haywood Rd exit or even downtown Greenville it has plenty of parking and I even commandeered a spot from the obliging bank next door meep meep

ATMOSPHERE Very family oriented and friendly The layout provides some more privacy than others!! And the BEST thing is the Praise and Worship music to envelope me with hearing soothing uplifting music as we broke bread together 🙌🙏

First time visitor. I found the restaurant on google and took a look at the menu before I went so that I'd be ready to order at the drive thru and not hold other customers up in the line. So I ordered the Garden Fresco salad with grilled chicken and asked for the Culver's Vinaigrette. When I got to the window, the worker was very polite and repeated back my order, but with "raspberry vinaigrette." I told him no, and repeated that I wanted the "house" dressing, the "Culver's vinaigrette." I told him I had seen it on the online menu but that I hadn't even checked the board in the drive thru and asked him if they had it. Another worker behind him stepped up and said that they hadn't "started that" yet. So I told him that I don't like raspberries, and asked if I could change to French dressing. He read that order back to me, emphasizing that I was getting French dressing. Then I had to pull away from the window and wait in line again while they made meals and brought them out to vehicles. That was OK, I know they were doing the best they could and the setup isn't ideal...but when my food was delivered I really SHOULD have checked it. I didn't think I'd NEED to. But when I opened the bag to eat, I was given RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE. Which absolutely ruined the warm, quite tender, and freshly made chicken and the salad for me. The croutons were stale, and while I did receive a fork and a knife, there was NO napkin. So while I'm confused that the online menu has already been updated with something that they don't even serve yet, I'm even more confused how something so basic, like a napkin, is left out in a drive thru. Need a little customer service...

Staff is wonderful and super friendly. Fast, friendly service, great food, clean dining room, and restrooms ALWAYS. Our favorite burgers! The fish sandwich is wonderful, as are the fried shrimp. It's a bit of a surprise for a "burger place"! Cheese curds are great and very fresh. Try them. Custard is delicious and served many ways. There are countless topping to try. The raspberries are great! Take home pints of their custard in many flavors are always available, too. Try their root beer, too.. it's made in-house and really good. It's great that they make a sugar-free root beer option as well. Not many places have a sugar-free soda option other than sugar-free cola. The "kid's meals are the best deal of all! You get a full sized "Butterburger" and small fry and a drink...plus a scoop of custard with one topping. You bring up the ice cream coupon on the bag for your treat or can save it for another time. There is also a "Scoopie points" coupon on there. This you save up and can get a free kid's meal or a cute stuffed toy/ball, etc...when you save enough. ( I think it's 10??). My husband and I get the kids' meals all the time. It is much cheaper than an adult meal, and it is more than enough food ( same size burger). There is a small upcharge ( like .60 cents or so) for "deluxe toppings" on the burger....lettuce, onion, tomato. This is a great family place. It's quiet inside for a fast food place and always has hard working, super friendly staff....
