Was recently in the market for a custom ring with family birthstones in it. Was not interested in something over-the-counter that looked "cheesy." Had a specific design in mind and went here to see if they could help me, as I have used them previously for cleaning and jewelry repair and they did a great job. Brandy was extremely helpful and seriously bent over backwards to get me exactly what I wanted. Had the stones shipped there on consignment so that I could look them over prior to making a decision. Once I approved the stones, the ring took about two weeks to be completed and Brandy made sure I knew when it was ready. When I picked it up, it's surpassed my husband's and my expectations by far. She additionally offered to clean my other jewelry while we were there, all three times. Additionally, the ring was a bit too big, even though we measured prior to ordering it, and Brandy made sure I knew that they would make it right no matter what. I had Tim make my Fiancé’s engagement ring. He did such a fantastic job, I showed him a few pictures of rings that I liked and explained which features of each ring that I wanted included, and he absolutely nailed it. I could not be happier with the way the ring turned out, and of course she said yes and loves it as well.
