I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at your Phillipsburg, New Jersey Mattress Firm location. Al, the store manager, went above and beyond and took the time to make sure I got the right mattress for me. He even showed me a great pillow, which I love too! I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in and was greeted by both Al and Scott. Honestly, I felt like I was talking to two old friends. They were very kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. All of my questions were answered, and they really listened to my needs, and they helped me find the bed of my dreams! I've never had anything go so smoothly before in my life. Al hooked me up with a sealy plush euro top mattress, a universal box spring, ultra premium universal bed frame, cooling soft cell chill pillow, and cooling mattress protector. It was delivered promptly on Saturday morning. I'd also like to take this opportunity to send a shout out to Freddy and Eduardo, who delivered my mattress promptly, and set it up perfectly, and cleaned everything up beautifully! You have fabulous employees at your Phillipsburg location. They all deserve a raise! Al, Scott, Freddy, and Eduardo. I had the best night's sleep ever. I love everything so much! The mattress is so comfortable. It provides the perfect balance of softness, but firmness, contouring to my body's needs, and the way I sleep. I felt like I was sleeping on cloud 9! When I tried everything out for the first time, it was even better than I expected! I am eternally grateful to Al, Scott, Freddy, and Eduardo for the wonderful service they provided to me. Sleep is a very important part of life. Now, I realize how different and important it is to sleep on something so comfortable. Thank you guys for changing my life! Now, I don't want to get out of bed at all. I'm very happy with everything. You guys are the best!
