Bella Mia Pizzeria — Restaurant in Greenwich Township

I ordered a week prior this chicken sandwich with fresh mozzarella roast peppers arugula/ basil and balsamic vinegar on Italian roll the boy at the cashier’s charged me $11 !!! Tonight 03/18/25 I decided to order 2 of the same sandwiches instead of only one and the same boy charged me $35.19 I questioned why so much as I just ordered a week ago the same sandwich for $11 and he replied “ the arugula is very expensive “!!! So I asked to speak with his manager and this boy replied “ I’m the manager “ I started to laugh he was extremely rude and unprofessional and very quickly took my credit card and swiped with the fear perhaps I would cancel my order ugh what a desperate behavior it was pathetic !!! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone as they have a childish disrespectful boy working there making up different prices for the same food as he pleased being rude to people for questioning why he double the price in only a week … I’ll call the owner asap tomorrow and report this boy ; which most likely it’s his son because makes no sense why a young immature boy it’s claiming to be the manager when that establishment was full of older adults cooking and serving ugh what a Disaster true shame !!! My wife and I spend good money every time approximately $45.00 and very disgusting when the order is either wrong or poorly prepared, then they said they would take care of it by next order to be delivered would be free and lied about it . Only gave 10 % discount. Then when we ordered another dinner that also poorly prepared and over cooked and dry. Pretty sad. Waste of time and money 😡😡😡,again last night they put no chicken in the chicken and broccoli Alfredo with only 4 little pieces of broccoli,the bread was way over cooked and the pizza had very little sauce and looked almost like it had been dropped 🫳. We called and again they said 10 percent off of the next order and hung up. I never got the10 percent from the Last screw up because the said that the girl that took the order had gone for the night. Sunday sept 20 2020 at 435 p.m my wife called to place an order for delivery. more than an hour later..when told 40 mins. Well. I'm retired from the resturant business (chef) arustica Italiano. ....I ordered a veal parm hoagie lite sauce extra cheese. Well I recieved microwaved bread as hard as a rock. Hot wings ditto...hard ...terrible. my wife ordered an italian hoagie, again brd was microwaved to the point top part of brd was also hard. It may sunday..fries w ch no good as well. To sum up this exp. They need a real cook. A well seasoned cook appreciates food and takes pride in the preparation of it. First thing I was taught in culinary school in nyc back in the mid 80's. You get what you pay for. To the owner 1 bad review is 1 to many ...hire a real cook not someone who uses a microwave. over the counter help that understands without customers there's no business. Bad food bad service. No money ....sorry for the book but I'm angry and extremely disappointed so I'm venting...no micro take pride in your name never allow anyone ever again to make and send garbage to your customers!!!!
