Well let's just say that the Manager is ALWAYS ON HER PHONE or Her Friends are hanging out with her & She's BULSHITTING with them . While people are Noticing how loud she is whoever she's TALKING TOO . SHE'S RUDE TO CUSTOMERS & TONIGHT THE LINE WAS LONG WITH ONE GIRL AT CASH REGISTER . ME MY FRIEND & 3 OTHER WOMEN BEHIND US WERE NOT HAPPY WITH HER EIGHTER . THEY ARE FAMILIAR WITH HER, AND TWO OF THEM TOLD ME HOW RUDE SHE IS TO CUSTOMERS AND THAT SHE DOESN'T CARE HOW LONG THE LINE IS SO GET THERE WHEN SHE FEELS LIKE OPENING A CASH REGISTER. TWO OF THE WOMEN CALLED CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS ABOUT HER ONE CALLED TWICE THE OTHER ONE CALLED FOUR TIMES COMPLAINING ABOUT THE MANAGER AND THE STORE AND I TOLD THEM THAT I CALLED ALSO CORPORATE ON HER . YOU WOULD THINK SHE'S THE OWNER & SHE DON'T CARE HOW SHE TREATS CUSTOMERS. AND CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS OF THE DOLLAR TREE APPARENTLY DOESN'T CARE HOW MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THAT STORE GOES OUT APPARENTLY THEY'RE NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. SO I USUALLY WILL GO TO THE FLEMINGTON STORE OR THE STORE IN EASTON TO AVOID THE RUDENESS . THREE TIMES I WALKED OUT OF THIS STORE . THINGS NEED TO CHANGE !! STARTING WITH...

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I was waiting in line forever because they always only have like one person checking people out, and when I finally got up there, the lady in front of me was done putting her stuff on the conveyor belt, so I started putting mine. I had looked prior to see if there was a divider, and there wasn’t so I figured that the checkout lady would just understand the new stuff was mine since the other lady stuff wasn’t on there anymore once I put my stuff on. Anyway, she started scanning my stuff on the other ladies bill, and I am very nicely told her it was mine, and the lady behind the counter glared at me and said “rude”. I was in such disbelief and I told her I’m sorry, but there is no divider so then she takes her hand and goes deep underneath of the candy shelf and slams the divider in front of me. She was blonde, older, and miserable. You don’t speak to customers or treat them that way, especially when it was mostly her fault because she wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing. I just had the worst experience at this store! My four year old had to use the bathroom super bad, we asked if they had one. They said no but Petco next door did. We ran over to Petco but they were closed. It's cold outside, so my best idea was to buy a big bucket and take my girl to the back of the store (well hidden from everyone, in a totally separate area for storage etc), and let her pee in the bucket. I was of course planning to buy the bucket and to properly dispose of the urine. The girl is 4 she couldn't hold it anymore! it seemed like the best option at the time on a moments notice. the nasty rude lady didn't have to make such a scene or handle it the way she did. So upsetting and unnecessary! Now I can't even shop! ! This obnoxiously loud and arrogant woman made a huge scene in the store, making my daughter feel super embarrassed and upset. And I was livid! I know it may not have been the most ideal solution but it was the only option at the time. I was kicked out of the store and made a spectical of by this NASTY heartless employee....
