I got in line and immediately was greeted and asked bowl or burrito and upon choosing bowl she asked what kind of rice. After I asked for white rice, she walked away without saying a word. Walked to the takeout line where another team member wwas scooping white rice into take out orders. She went to the woman scooping white rice with her back to the customers and spoke with her. She then nearly ran to the back ignoring us. While standing in line for another 5 minutes we were greeted again and were told there was no white rice, no beans, and no chicken. We didnt make it far enough to see if there was anything else not available but we decided to wait the 15min for white rice… while standing in like i witnessed a team member go to the take out line and get beans for the customer in line. We were just told that was unacceptable. We will never be coming back here. Worst chipotle ie ever been to in my entire life. Would never recommend. Disrespectful team members with complete and utter disrespect and disregard to customers. Now they are getting rice from the take out line too. Were we just lied to? Time wasted for over 25 min? Yes. DO NOT COME HERE. Did i mention the bathrooms were trashed, no paper towels and one toilet seat was broken. Absolutely disgusting. The Manager was also extremely aggressive and leaned over the counter eyes wide open and asked whats the problem?? When we asked if we could get beans from the to go line like the man had in front of us. I feel bad for the team. Horrible...
