IHOP — Restaurant in Greenwich Township

My husband and I went their for breakfast and the waitress Guadalupe was rude and unprofessional we had to wait 40 minutes for coffee and when she came back with our drinks I had important call from the hospital concerning my patient my husband said thank and she responded by saying the coffee is not for you so you don't need no sugar then she took another 30 minutes for the food which another waiter gave it to us cause our food was sitting back their getting cold.when she came back with the CK I gave her 100 dollars bill we witnessed the manger smell the bill four times and then put it in the air to check it if that's the way to CK Large bill that is nasty because I could have been getting over the corvi ans coughed in my hand were I held the money my husband was pissed he walk out and I waited for my change.i decided to go to the front desk to find out what happened to my changed and the Manager looked at me and said ok hold on at that point I was getting angry I had to wait another 7 minutes for my change I really don't know what was going on that morning the tables were dirty my husband seat was filthy he got a tissue to wipe it it was only 2 waitress which I think they should have 4 that place is too big for 2 waitresses serving all those people and there were dirty tables all over the place I which I worked for the health department because what the manager did with the dollar bill that was...

First time in IHOP since covid. I was not impressed with this one. New location to me. We needed to grab a bite on the road. I said let's go to IHOP. They had no french toast available. No English muffins. They had a new minimum menu which seemed ok. I did notice they changed their original menu. ( No short stacks listed). I was not impressed. Was not the same as before for option on breakfast. Don't get me wrong they still had some of their original items but some were gone. All I wanted was 2 pancakes and 2 eggs. Option I saw was either the 3 eggs any way or omelet the 2 ,2 2 of eggs pancakes sausage , bacon and hash browns ( which by the way we're only ok).

My kids love the new pancake with ice cream( minon menu) ND the silver dollars( 3 pancake) .

I understand but they only have the original syrup out. You have to ask for the others and when I asked they asked which one. I had to choose. ( I like the idea of putting a little bit of all on pieces of pancake). The waitress was great she did check up often of course until I needed a drink refill to finish my food. Then it was ok where is she in a almost empty place. Honestly I think I would have been just as happy at a diner and it would have costs a little less . I'm finding that a lot lately the usual chains ( same or new location) are not what they used to be...

WORST SERVICE EVER!

Our waitress, who purposely did not introduce herself, went through her entire row of tables checking if they were done and if they needed anything, passed us by FOUR times and didn’t say a word. I had to get up from our booth and ask the hostess if we were getting a waitress. In which we got a huge lie of an excuse of, she’s having trouble with another table and will be right with us. We were the second table in the row and she had enough common sense to ask every other table how they were doing, if they needed to go containers or if they wanted the check but she didn’t have the decency to acknowledge a family of 4 with 2 young children? Other people that we seated 10-15 minutes AFTER us got their food and left. We spent nearly 2 hours there to get a simple breakfast. Again I have no idea what her name was but she had glasses and purple hair. The food was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. And the other workers cared more about flirting with the kitchen staff instead of actually working. This was our first time there and we are NEVER EVER going back to this place. Poorly staffed and poorly run!! They never should have opened in the first place, let alone hire people that don’t actually...
