AMAZING!! Dashboard Food Truck and Catering provides excellent food and service!

My partner and I attended a 50th wedding anniversary this weekend and had a wonderful experience! The owner, Vanessa, wowed everyone in attendance with the presentation and delicious brunch menu, from hot spinach and artichoke dish to classic snickerdoodles! We believe she made everything from scratch, including the meatballs and stuffed mushrooms! Just like mom did! She customized the menu based on the couple's requests so I look forward to requesting her to cater an event sometime in the future.

I recently tried Dashboard Food Truck & Catering, and I’m already looking forward to my next meal! I had a cheeseburger, cheese curds, fries, and chicken tenders, and every bite was fantastic. The cheeseburger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor, with just the right amount of melted cheese and fresh toppings. The cheese curds were golden, crispy, and melted in your mouth – definitely a must-try! The fries were perfectly seasoned, and the chicken tenders were tender and flavorful with a crispy coating.

Dashboard Food Truck & Catering was awesome! The food was fantastic! They were very professional, courteous and efficient! I would highly recommend them for any event! They are very self sufficient. When you take into account all that they provide (great food, paper goods and utensils, all the cooking and food prep, no worry about keeping foods hot, cold and keeping bugs away from food set up if you did your own) it is well worth it!
