Teal Canary — Attraction in Greenwood

We hosted a bridal shower with Amy at the Teal Canary and it was a wonderful experience. The space is a cute little art studio, and can be rented on an hourly basis (very reasonable cost) if you just need a quaint venue. Luckily, we also opted into a painting experience/class and could not have been more pleased. Amy was thorough enough with her instructions that even someone who'd never touched a paint brush would be okay, and guided gently enough to make us feel like it was still our own work of art. Perfect balance of instruction and freedom! For our party, we all painted squares that were then compiled into a larger piece for the bride. Amy worked with the bride to be sure she was happy with the colors and overall theme of the piece. We also were able to set up a food and cake table, and spend time after painting for the bride to open gifts. it was easily accessible for folks coming from Indianapolis and from further south in Indiana, as Greenwood was a good meeting ground for us in the middle. Love this place! Amy has been there for 11 years now. She offers so many different things. I highly suggest going here and enjoying your time. You can also rent out the space!
