I had recently lost a love one and I hand really really wanted photos off my love ones phone and I couldn’t I went to a Assurion who AT&T suggested I go, (was a new replacement phone) I had tried everything to try to unlock my deceased fathers phone to gain access to phone numbers of family and friends, and I really needed the photos most importantly. Will, assured me he would try everything. He is so skilled and knowledgeable about things that I could never wrap my head around but he explained it so I did understand and he worked on this issue with me with great patience, service and expertise. I’ve never til this day received not only great customer service but CARE. He took care of the photo issue like it was his own or families. I’ve been grieving the last few days and with the bad luck not getting my father his new phone Will was able to assist me and got me the photos and contacts. He is superb and assurion is blessed to have him. No one has ever treated me so well and took care of me. Read moreRemote fix option is a SCAM! Scheduled an appointment via a claim through the website and they scheduled a tech to arrive between 1 and 3pm. At 245 I was called saying that the tech was 1 hour behind. By 6pm, no call/text and no tech. Went to call to see what was going on and was bounced around from Asurions help line to Verizon help line and BACK to Asurions help line only to be told that there will be no tech showing up and that the next available tech appointment is ONE WEEK away. The option I was given was to show up in store, 1 hour away from me, and that they are open 10 to 7pm meaning I COULD have done it that day if they had simply communicated that a tech was unavailable. But no. They strung me along for 6 hours so now I have to wait 2 more days before I can get this fixed. Horrible service...
Read moreDON'T BOTHER TRYING. Severely under-staffed. On four separate occasions (while they were open for walk-ins) between 1-3pm, I walked up to an "out for lunch" sign with door locked. Recently, I set up an appointment the day before, showed up at the right time and there was nobody there. Tried calling 6 times and rapping on the window and no response at all, lights off. One appointment I was able to make a while ago (which required a call to get them to let me in because they were under staffed), the guys were nice but they informed me most of the time there's only one person working per day. At another appointment in Norwich, they re-used my screen's adhesive which caused the screen to fall away when it got hot, and they re-used the adhesive once again, terrible job.
