Ivory & Blush Bridal - Brides & Bridesmaid Boutique — Attraction in Guilford

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated by Blush Bridal. When I called to work out details over a dress I was unable to speak and was talked over. I asked for a resolution and offered alternatives to come to an agreement but was treated horribly by the owner. I would not suggest bringing your bridal party to this establishment.

Furthermore, after trying to speak with the owner Lyndsay she was unable to meet any type of request or attempt to find a common ground between the two of us. With the date of the wedding being a year out we were told that the dresses were not going to be ordered until everyone placed their order in the early fall. It is to my surprise that the dress has already been ordered. Considering there are seven other bridesmaids in the wedding and we were told at separate times that the dresses would not be ordered until everyone’s order was in I am shocked to find out that this policy now exists. For a small owned family business I am very taken back because I was under the impression that the customer would be looked after. It is with great disappointment that I have to even write this company with one star as I would give them less than one star for the way I was treated over the phone and the disrespectful attitude I was given. I did not threaten the owner I merely asked if the bride or the bride‘s mother could call and speak with her to further explain the situation and if that would help. I hope in the future that bride and bridesmaids that go to this establishment are very careful with what they are told in the paperwork that they sign. Also make sure to clarify the date as to when the dresses are being ordered because it seems a little weird that somethings are ordered without the permission of the entire bridal party.

I highly recommend any other establishment other then this one based solely off the way I as a customer...

So excited to walk down the aisle and just as excited about my beautiful dress. I just recently picked out a beautiful wedding gown that is absolutely stunning. Lindsay made the entire process so effortless and fun. I tried on so many beautiful dresses and honestly I would have been happy with any of them but this one was so special, when you know, you know! I thought it would be so hard to find the right one and I would have to go to a million different places in search of the perfect dress but I found my dress of my dreams on my first appointment with Lindsay. She really listened to what I wanted and She knew exactly what questions to ask me to help narrow down my search. She even called to designers to ask specific questions for me about details and accessories. No one else would have done that for me. I would never want to go anywhere else. I also loved having her mom there who is an experienced former seamstress and could answer my questions and concerns about sizing and alterations. I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars - what an incredible experience start to finish! Prior to the appointment, I shared a Pinterest board and a few inspiration photos. I also had a great conversation with the owner, Lindsay, and shared a little bit about what I thought I wanted. Even with my limited bridal gown vocabulary, when I arrived she already had several gowns thoughtfully pulled based on our conversation.

Lindsay was so patient and truly attentive. She asked really thoughtful questions to better understand what I did and did not like. Her approach made the entire process feel personal, relaxed, and genuinely exciting. My friends and I felt so welcome. The shop itself is absolutely stunning, and the selection of gowns is phenomenal. Truly stunning dresses which make it difficult to decide!

Thanks to Lindsay’s eye and care, I found the one and was able to leave with my dream dress! I cannot recommend this place enough to any bride-to-be. It was everything I hoped...
