Anna's Closet Upscale Consignments — Attraction in Gulfport

I want to give no stars! I do not recommend ever buying from this lady!! I went in with my daughter I was unsure about a dress, the lady told me oh you can have a corset put in the back it'll be OK it doesn't cost that much. I said well I'm still not really sure she's like oh you can have it done at a couple of different places in the mall. I still wasn't sure she's like it'll be OK I'm like well I'm just not really sure and she says well if it doesn't work out you can return it! This was on the Thursday before hurricane. The mall closed early on Friday and was closed on Saturday I wasn't able to go until Tuesday and was then told that one of the places doesn't do it anymore. So I called the lady first thing Wednesday morning and told her it wouldn't work and ask if I could bring it back to return. She immediately begins to tell me excuses as to why I can't return it. After going by her shop she was extremely rude and informed me how I wouldn't do it for her if the roles were reversed which is completely wrong because I'm a person of my word. I will never buy at the store again and I caution anyone who deals with this lady!! And her last excuse was well I don't have the money to give...

I was very happy to find Anna’s store. I had recently moved to the Ms. and was looking for a place to sell my clothes and thought this looks like the place. Beautiful store well done with nice quality. In January I consigned 5 pieces and Anna said they were very nice and wished more people would bring clothes in the condition they were in. I called in March to check if anything had sold and was told no , which surprised me. I called again in April no answer so called again left a message no return call. I made a trip to the store to see what was going on with my items. To my surprise Anna told me she never put them out for sale and she was sorry ‼️Why would you take someone items keep them in the back for three months and say your sorry?!? This is a very poor way to do business ‼️‼️‼️‼️I have always been very successful in the other consignment stores I have done...

I've walked into fewer shoppes that were so well appointed and full of "I must have that and OMG look over there!" Man or Woman Well heeled of not this Shoppe had it all for everybody not even knowing you needed something there! I can't think of a place anywhere between NOLA and and the Keys that has $$$$$ appeal but only $ or $$ !needed! If you want to feel beautiful, stop in Ms Anna's and give yourself a dose of Fine Fine Fine! I passed many many times not having any idea what was hiding inside! And let me tell you, I was SHOCKED, just SHOCKED seeing so much $$$$ for so little $$! Finery for everybody and at prices everybody can enjoy!
