Hi everyone, I came here specifically to get a pedicure, and I'm going to describe everything. First, there was an older lady there to do my pedicure. She was nice but she didn't ask me if I wanted gel on my nails so I was completely unaware that she applied it until I decided to get my "manicure" done and the guy told me after he asked me, so this guy knew that I was unaware til he told me. It took her approximately an hr to do my pedicure. I'm talking to the guy as he takes off my polish from a previous nail do, and we g over what I want. He tells me that it would be $30 for exactly what I wanted, and I agreed to that. He proceeds to shave down my acrylic nails, shorten them to the desired length, and reapply the acrylic to them afterward. Then he polished my nails without gel. Here is where things get interesting. PAYMENT. I reiterate to him that I did not ask the lady for gel, and he charges me instead. Then, instead of $30, I am being charged $40. He tells me my total and says he gave me a discount of $5 even though he lied. The honorable thing to do would have been to actually charge me the price I agreed to and to try to remedy the gel situation. Also, I realized that he never actually did a manicure, so he charged me for a manicure even though he didn't push back & clip my cuticles, and do the scrub and hand massage. This is very bad customer service, and I will never come back, nor will I recommend anyone. I was the only customer in the store as well and before I came in, there was one other person who left while I was still getting service, so as you can see they don't get much traffic here.
