My father took me here when I was younger we would come from Louisiana for the Mississippi shrimp season and I remember going there as a kid so me and my wife came up for the weekend and I took here there just remembering childhood memories and she saw a ring she had to have. We talked to the salesman and he told us it was an 8 carrot diamond ring with a ruby in the middle and he would make us a deal! 300$ and it was ours he pulled a ring tester and tested all diamonds the little machine was lighting up man I thought we was getting a deal! We took the ring home my wife was so happy the deal on a diamond ring a month later she took it to a place that cleans rings and they asked her why was she cleaning costume jewelry? You can imagine the looks on our face well we contacted jay jays and they was going to contact us back with a solution. Well a week goes by and no phone call so we decided to call back and guess what? Our number was blocked! We decided to take a ride there today and went talk to the guy and just as I figured it would go when I talked to the guy he insisted we didn’t shop there. I told him the story and his reply was they don’t have a diamond tester that how he knew it wasn’t from there! Ok no problem pull up the sale ticket just type my name in the computer and it will show who sold it and price and all that good stuff but guess what, they don’t keep tickets from jewelry! Tell me who the hell dosent test jewelry when they sell it or take it in at a pawn shop and another thing who da hell dosent keep tickets from sales? No records come on! Well it won’t be the end of my loss I contacted the better business bureau and I will make a big deal out of it! All I wanted was to be made right but I guess that’s why they have laws for this cause of people like these! Be careful if you buy...

THE SHADEST PAWN SHOP IN GULFPORT!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Me and my husband purchased an used xbox console for $394. They plugged it up and it came on and appeared to work. I asked the lady how long is there warranty and she said there isn't one. I asked could we have at least one day warranty and she said no and that the game was tested good. We get home and connected the game to internet and the game shuts off within 30 seconds and repeats the same process when being turned on. They won't do store credit or refund so that's 400 dollars out the window. This is bad business and I definitely will not be returning, please if you can avoid this place at all cost! I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business. I’ve never pawned anything personally but I could imagine they would absolutely screw people. My problem is that they sell used products for more than cost brand new and when you show them what they are selling they do not care and still will not budge on the price and I was offering cash.
