terrible shopping here, do not shop here, they are rip off artist. seems they hate their customers. cashier was fighting with me. ok, first i saw onions on sale at .59 per lb. so i put them in my basket. the fryer pepper was expensive at 2,19 lb but i needed one. it was also old. my wife was buying soy sauce for about $7. first of all she, the cashier, was over charging me for the onions,,i told her they are .59 and she she they are not.. i had to go and get the sign and she still said no. how stupid is she? so she called a worker and he agreed they are .59, the she argued with him and I asked her what her problem is.. she she finally decided to sell them to me and the signed price,, like she is doing me a favor. my order was under $5 and would not let me charge it,, but i have been there before and they told me there is no minimum. but today there is a minimum,,, very strange indeed. the indian guy who runs this palace told me there was always a minimum to charge, i replied i have been there and never was told that. he said the cashier did not know. so my wife did not buy the soy sauce because they did not accept american express . it was over priced anyway..she left it there, their loss. why is it when I go there i am over charged and and i have battle to get the signed price? TODAY WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME. they have a price on a sign, then over charge me, then they argue ??? DO NOT SHOP HERE AND I NEVER WILL AGAIN EVER!!!! all these people are is rip off artist. pity i have to give one star,,, i like to give minus stars.. what rip off artist these people are..place smells and is dirty,,worse shopping in bergen county, maybe even NJ and...

So if I have anything nice to say is sometimes the workers are really nice.. and I always find a lot of Hispanic products that I can't find around sinc3 moving to NJ. But TODAY was just ridiculous, working in customer service in my younger yrs If a product is miss priced at a lower price after its scanned that's the price that your supposed to give, nonetheless the item I grabbed was actually on sale, but the women ZOILA didn't want to hear it, it scanned at the right price and she was trying to tell me that it's the wording and that it's actually more so I told her let me take a picture I'll be right back, she goes YEA YOU HO DO THAT! with an attitude.. so I take the picture and come back and she upset because my mom called for a manager and then manager also tell her the product is on sale.. So she she continues scanning the rest of the food she starts shoving the food down the register after she scanned and smashing the food I told her to ease up and relax but she kept on. I informed management but it seems like they will not do anything about so.. moving forward I will TAKE MATTERS INTO MY OWN HANDS... NExt time i shop I WILL NOT BE THE NICE STEPHANIE BUT THE...

My wife likes to shop here because the carry a lot of hispanic goods that are hard to find elsewhere. But they did a remodel a year or two ago and while it looks nicer inside, it seems like they raised the prices to cover the construction costs. The prices aren't slightly over market either, they are A LOT pricier than what you will find in shop rite for example. Just for an example, they have plantains for 5/3.99. Shop rite has them .59 for one. They had a "manager's special' package or OREOS for 8.99. Shop rite has them for 7.49. Many items have no prices at all. Several months ago we bought something there that we discovered was expired when we got home. My wife went back and she accused her of not buying it there. Lastly, the workers are unpleasant. They are probably getting yelled at constantly for the prices. Anyway save your money, this place is a rip off. We won't...
