I came here one day postop lipo360, Barbara was able to massage me and push my fluids through the incisions. The following two massages she did not reopen the incisions which left loads of fluids in me which could have cause sermoa or other complications, Barbara mentioned she wasn't a nurse and wouldn't reopen the incisions, she also mentioned the fuilds would come out when I urinated this is false information. I ended up going to a massage therapist in New York, who was able to push out all of the fluids and reopen the incisions daily. Ladies, you must get the fluids pushed out of your incisions!! The longer the fluids stay in your body the more harmful and painful it is, it is literally fuild right under your skin. It only takes two seconds to reopen the incisions and loads of fluids are supposed to come out you're supposed to leave your massage feeling a sense of relief. One eleven should not offer lymphatic drainage massage, for anyone who is 1-10 days post op. The post op care after surgery is a very critical time and they are not skilled in this area and could cause serious complications with someone's healing process. The place is really clean and nice and owner William refunded me half of my money back because I paid for a 10 pack package and I only had 3 massages.I would not recommend this place, I wasted my time, money, it delayed my recovery and I could've had serious complications with the fuild build up if I did not discontinue...
Read moreBooked a massage and facial for my birthday. Had to fill out a form with all my personal information, the owner told me it was to “protect me and them” but not one question about skin types, etc; which I thought was odd. Paid for a deep tissue massage and received a Swedish one instead because the masseuse said I wouldn’t handle it- I go to Korean massage all the time. Facial lady was rude, had the steam blowing directly to my nose, never explained what she was doing, made me very uncomfortable, didn’t include the neck and décolletage, didn’t do a skin analysis, and sold me a niacinamide serum for $69. I still gave both ladies a tip and thanked them for their “service” If their goal was for me to never come back, then so be it. $300 wasted here when I could have gone to Hand/Stone across the street. After giving 1 star, the owner called me to demand feedback of my scoring, I told him what happened and all I got from him was thank you for your feedback., which is I wrote a full review. The scary part is that they have my personal...
Read moreI will say I cant comment on how great the massages are. What I can comment on is I made an appt 2 weeks prior and received a text message to confirm. I called that day to ask where I could park and was told I did not have an appointment. I was very disappointed. William said he could move things around and asked me to come at 1145. I did not want that because I felt I would not get my full massage and would be cut short. Nevertheless I wound up going elsewhere and received a fabulous massage for 70 minutes and for 65 dollars. I will say the Japanese or koreans give excellent massages so I will never know about this place because I...
