The Superintendent, Smiley, was extremely kind, caring and compassionate in helping me with obtaining an apartment. He was very accommodating as well. I feel at ease knowing that I am going to be residing here.

I am very happy to be a resident at Summit Manor. I have lived here over a year and just recently renewed the lease agreement. My apartment allows dogs, which I was very happy about. If there is ever a maintenance issue, Smiley and Saul are always on top of it. They are always very friendly and professional. The grounds area is also very well kept. This property is good. I stayed in the apartment for last 4 years. The service of the management is too good. Whenever we raise any service request they immediately responds max on that day or the next day. Property manager Esmiley is the best manager I ever seen. Summit Manor is the perfect garden apt for me. With bright, sunny exposure and beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, my apt is crisp yet cozy. The best part is the close proximity to major highways and Main St, Hackensack. In addition, management is super efficient.
