Tracey's Candy Shoppe — Attraction in Hackettstown

I have a friend in assisted living in Hackettstown who had a birthday along with a sweet tooth. I live in Wisconsin and didn’t have the pleasure of visiting Tracey’s shop but I DEFINITELY had the pleasure of dealing with her. She was so incredibly professional and attentive and helpful with selecting my friend’s gift. However when she realized I needed it delivered she apologized saying they didn’t deliver. Oh my! I wasn’t sure how I could get it to my friend, but Tracey offered to make an exception and actually delivered it for me. Well as time went on it came to my attention my friend didn’t get her gift. After speaking to Tracey and the facility several times it became pretty apparent someone else at the facility also had an evil sweet tooth 😩 When Tracey heard of the dilemma she didn’t hesitate to deliver a second order, no charge. I told her it wasn’t necessary as it wasn’t her fault but it was pretty obvious Tracey goes above and beyond. While I doubt she’ll ever be kind enough to do a delivery again, understandably so, I’ve no doubt her kindness and generosity will come back to her three-fold. my friends car broke down near Hackettestown. Ended up trying to pub crawl while car was being repaired. Walked into here for whatever reason, trying to get some local input on where was best to grab a beer.

Dont walk into many candy shoppes but Tracey's candy shoppe is something special. awesome decor and Tracey makes the best chocolate Ive ever had. We dont eat candy but we walked out of here with chocolate covered bacon.. thats right bacon.

I've passed by so many times and decided to stop in for a box of chocolates for a friend's birthday. Not only did nostalgia set in the moment I stepped into the store as I gazed upon the variety of candies from my youth, I was also eager to check out the homemade chocolates. Tracey welcomed me with a free truffle (German chocolate cake - yum!) as this was my first visit and helped me curate a truffle gift box for my friend.
