I would like to share my terrible experience I had with a cashier named Tey who was extremely rude to me because I had too many items I was trying to purchase. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, she took it upon herself to let customers standing behind me in line, pay ahead of me. I expressed my frustration with that decision to make wait even longer to pay because I had too many items, so she started to complain to the customers who skipped me in line that I was rude and inconsiderate person. She continued to complain and name call me to several customers even though I told her that I heard what she is saying several times. She then threw a bag of items at me and told me that she would not let me pay for them. I had $400 worth of items in my cart and the cashier decided she would not let me pay for them. I guess 5 and below punishes people who want purchase too many items. This was extremely unprofessional and beyond poor customer experience. Please train your employees to not insult paying customers. I will not be returning to this location. You may be insulted, name called, get things thrown at you for trying to pay...

As we walked in the store, a female store clerk in the front stated they were closing in 10 minutes so we went straight to the back because we knew what we were going to get. As we reached the back of the store, which takes only seconds to get to, another clerk, male, in the back starts yelling stating they’re closing in five minutes. 30 seconds later he starts walking to the front saying they’re closing, continuing to yell. When he reached the front of the store he continued to yell they were closing. At this point I had to respond and yell back “I know, we heard you!” After checking out, we thanked the female clerk for assisting us at check but “you’re welcome” I guess is not in her vocabulary. We walked back to our car and it was still 5:55. These young kids have no respect or customer service skills whatsoever. I’m almost 40 years old and I’ve never heard a store clerk yelling from the back of the store that they’re closing as if we don’t know how to tell time. Horrible...
