Horrible experience ordering on doordash and extremely rude customer service!!! DO NOT ORDER ON DOORDASH OR UBER EATS. If they mess up your order they don't even offer an apology!!!
Ordered ropa vieja and bistec de milanesa. Received the bistec de milanesa with all the sides, the shredded beef and black beans but missed the rice and maduros that come with the ropa vieja order. Instead I received a container with mariquitas and mojo sauces. Called the restaurant to explain the situacion and the lady that answered didn't even offer an apology. She tried to blame it on the driver saying he probably had multiple orders and didn't grab one bag. But this is not the case, the bag that I received has a receipt with the name of both orders. This means that the restaurant made a mistake when they were putting the food in the bag. They probably had 2 orders wrong and someone else has my rice and is missing their plantain marikitas. I said to the lady that if I paid a doordash service is because I don't want to drive to their restaurant for a reason, if she is asking me drive over there for a rice and considering they made a mistake they should offer some kind of incentive or compensation. She sarcastically laughed, said good night and hanged up the phone while I was talking, EXTREMELY RUDE LACK OF MANNERS. These people rather loose a customer and get some bad reviews then making up for their mistakes. Horrible experience , this never happened on any other restaurant on uber eats or doordash.

Read moreI really don't know what has happened to this place. Been there many times over the years and today was the last time I'll step foot in the place. We waited and waited for a server to appear and we finally had to get up and go to the front desk to get attention. Still no one came over. Got up and requested service again. Our order was taken. Waited forever for the food to arrive. Two meals came out minus the black beans and rice with the promise that the 3rd meal (a salad!) and the black beans and rice were coming out. Waited AGAIN. Had to get up to find out where the rest of the food was. Beans and rice arrived. No salad. Got up again. I asked for a manager who came to the table with a half hearted apology. We told her to forget the salad. It arrived a few minutes later but my friend said to take it away. Bill arrived and the salad was on the bill! Manager sent over a complimentary flan and a 5.00 coupon for our next visit. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. The food we did get was sub par. Instead of looking for a solution she was reluctant to make any changes and with an attitude till I asked her for name then she started to be act different. I made an order on Uber for my team and by mistake got one plate wrong. Uber said to give them a call since it was literally 1 min from when I placed the order. When I called the restaurant the manager flat out said no changes that the kitchen had the food ready and I told her I just made the order less than 4 min ago, there was no way to have it ready that quick. The difference in charge was about $1 which I said I would pay. I told her then to cancel that plate and I would order again but she said no. I asked for her name and had me on hold three times and one she hang up. I was looking for a solution.
