I come here maybe every week sometimes twice . I spend at least $70-100 each time. Food excellent nothing to say. Service is decent Depends who you get . Customer service first time today. A disgrace . I canceled an order a month or two ago . Called to even apologize after placing it . Yes it was an emergency and I couldn’t make it . Apparently they took it very personally and decided it was worth to block me from placing further orders with them After my call today . I explained I called to cancel. It was out of my control. Nope they didn’t care . They decided that putting a block in their computer from me placing future take out orders is better for their business. It’s a restaurant that just lost my business my family’s my friends and anyone that comes with me But the worst the nerve the owner has no respect for customers at all. They argued with me aggressively telling me I was in the wrong for not picking up a single order placed back in June . The woman made me feel like I was a criminal for missed lunch time order. I mean seriously how can you treat people with such standards . Things happen emergency’s happen I called to appolgize and they ban me from pick up orders , but had I walked in there today like I did several times after this missed pick up order I would have been seated and taken care of with no problem . Learn how to respect your loyal clients . Look up my account and see how much money I have spent on a monthly there in the past . Customers bring in more customers you clearly don’t understand the value of that . Just looking to fill your registers . Disappointed beyond measures . It was a family Favorite as we live so close . But hey sushi restaurants are one dozen not worth to go somewhere that does not respect you your family or values. And don’t respond with how rude I was on the phone. YES I WAS . I opted for the Sushi Sashimi bento box from the lunch menu, and I was thoroughly impressed. The moment the dish arrived, it was evident that the ingredients were of the highest quality. The sashimi was incredibly fresh and expertly prepared, making each bite a true delight.
One standout feature was the authentic wasabi and ginger provided with the dish. It's rare to find such genuine and flavorful accompaniments, and they truly elevated the sushi experience.

Read moreI’ve come to Cilantro many times, each time the food is great, all the servers are very polite and helpful. Never had a mediocre experience until today. Came by myself and ordered a few dishes. Asked the waitress for a recommendation and was served fried shrimp egg rolls with a sweet sauce. Now I usually like everything but this dish was very tasteless, without dipping it in a ton of sauce, and not to mention the texture inside felt very undercooked and dough-y. My server was very apologetic and sent a manager over who approached me with a bad attitude and tried to tell me i’m wrong about my description of the dish I returned. The manager, named Tom, tried to tell me that they sold many similar dishes all day and that there was never a problem and that the shrimp inside isn’t supposed to be fried, which wasn’t my complaint, and frankly I do not care to know that. What I said went over her head completely and I honestly felt like I didn’t want to be there anymore. I got my check and left. Left a really bad taste in my mouth. I work as a server myself and I know for a fact to never make a customer feel like they are wrong and this woman not only did that but didn’t have a sense of politeness, care or concern to her presence.
