Joseph Scavo Park — Attraction in Hallandale Beach

This is a good park, secured and clean, I have a dog and always come to the dog park to hangout with other nice neighbors but I must report this other group of bad neighbors that are every day seating in the dogs’ park around 6:00pm, very often this toxic neighbors try to show kind of “ Authority “ towards the nice neighbors (us). So this group of toxic neighbors are always Bitching 😡🤬 the nice neighbors they’re like if this Toxics own the doggy park, literally they seat there every single day just waiting to who to bother, the worse part is that their dogs are kind of aggressive dogs too and very often this aggressive dogs also bother our nice friendly dogs, we are aware of this toxic group and we talk about their toxic attitude but today was enough till the point that needed to be reported !! 😤 so what happened to me is that the Snauzer Of this old lady trow my dog to the floor and did bit him, I asked her Nicely to control her dog , then she said to me: “ you can go to the other park “ . I was like : are you for real 😧😳😤 Than she started to scream at me telling me to don’t talk to her dog or crazy stuff like that than a man from her group stands up and walk towards me very close to my face and started to scream at me too. I took them a photo and reported them to police 👮‍♀️ and to the park administration . Hopefully 🙏 they will stop this toxic aggressive people from bothering the good neighbors. The park has a nice kids playground - definitely toddler friendly! The area is gated which is great - the kids can play and run without worrying they’ll run into the bike path. The playground is covered with solar canvas that provide shade which is much needed when the sun hits. There are swings, slides, spiderwebs to climb up, ladders, climbers, etc. There is no sand which is nice since you don’t have to clean it off - the playground is covered with synthetic grass. People need to learn how to read signs for big dog park and small dog park. My dog was berated by a bunch of little dogs in the large dog park section. He’s about 75lbs and these were little chihuahuas and designer breeds that wouldn’t leave him alone. Even though I was in the correct location and they weren’t, I was asked to leave.
