I have long been a BurgerFi customer and have introduced many of my friends and family to their menu. But lately my opinion has been steadily changing. I went there last Sunday night, and the dining room was disgusting and messy. Nearly half of the tables had trash on them, both outside and inside. I have been to that location many times, but that time will likely be my last. It only makes you imagine what their kitchen really looks like. Then, for the second time in a row (meaning they had made this mistake already on my previous visit), they forgot to add Bacon to my burger. When I pointed this out they handed me a bunch of tiny pieces and crumbs of bacon, clearly from the bottom of the container. When I said I wanted bacon slices (which is what you pay extra for) they told me I had to wait for them to be cooked. So basically let my burger get cold while they cook an ingredient they should have added to begin with (note that this wasn't the case of me coming in right before closing or something like that, so really no excuse). I spoke greatly to my boyfriend about BurgerFi but this was his second visit and he was grossed out (On our first visit together, longer ago, my veggie burger got cold while his chicken sandwich was cooking, I know this because he got a hot sandwich and I got a room temperature veggie burger with cheese that didn't even melt). Also, what happened to the fries? They used to be my favorite and the last two times I had them they were very dark and burnt, probably re-re-fried with unchanged oil. I had this terrible experience on Sunday April 1st, at night. I really hope the manager on duty realizes how they're hurting the BurgerFi brand and turning people away to more consistently performing chains, such as Shake Shack. Read moreI love burgerfi and I placed a pickup order for $50 today. When I arrived the door was not working so I had to go in through the side door. I went to the register to pick up my order, where there was no one else in line but the girl with the glasses made eye contact with me multiple times and blatantly ignored me. While waiting I looked at the back to see the people working in the kitchen scrolling on their phones, staring at me in a rude way and not doing anything to help me. A man came up to her and he refilled his beer for free but she didn’t acknowledge me. Finally, she asked if she could help me and I told her my name and she literally threw the bag at me. it’s a $50 order it’s a big bag of food. She didnot say a word and turned to talk to the people in the kitchen. I needed ketchup so I said, “excuse me can I have ketchup please?” She moved purposely slow with an attitude and grabbed my bag and held on to it and put the ketchup in one my one, very slowly while making eye contact with me.
I tried to grab the bag back and she held on to it and said she wasn’t done putting the ketchup in my bag.
This behavior is degrading, disrespectful and unacceptable.
I refuse to spend another dollar at your establishment until I know that this situation has been handled.

Read moreThis used to be my favorite place to get a burger but yesterdays experience will surely never bring me back there again. I hadn't been there in a couple of years ( hallandale beach) so i don't know when the restaurant went so downhill.
Lets start with the food...i ordered a double hamburger which normally when i am eating it i am thinking this is the best I've ever had but last night it was dry, overcooked and tasteless.
Another issue is their main door is broken. Countless customers tried to open the door as we sat outside watching and were frustrated to be told by us that the door is broken and you must go around the building. Fixing the door or putting a big sign up would help.
The employees seemed completely bored and unebthuseastic. I am sure when hired the girl at the counter is told to be friendly and smile....not the csse here.
The drink machine had maybe 30% of the drinks available.
The bathrooms, which have a sign on the door saying we keep our bathrooms exceptionally clean and if they are not you should tell the management, was extremly dirty and flooded. It hadnt been cleaned in hours.
All in all , this location was a horror story. Shake...
