FURNITURE CITY — Attraction in Hammond

Definitely don’t recommend going to this place. I had a very friendly experience inside while looking and ordering the furniture, but then after that is where it went south. Started with half of my order being ready so they wanted me to pay a separate delivery fee to bring half of it or they were waiting for the rest of it to come in to bring all of it. They did finally bring the first half with no delivery fee after we had to argue with them about it. So my order was made back on April 10 and I still do not have the rest of my furniture, and it is July 26. I called i believe 2 weeks ago and the manager or owner was supposed to call me back and never did. Not happy paid around 3,500 for a sectional with built in speakers/Bluetooth for it to work approximately 5 days then stop coming on, and when I ask for help with this issue I get lied to about coming out to see the issue, after getting no response for a couple of weeks, I'm sooooooo not happy the only reason I purchased it was because of the speakers and now it's USELESS!!!!!!!
