After beginning my living room furniture shopping 3 weeks ago at a National Chain Store no names but begins with A and ends in Y, I was given the worst experience, credit ran through 6 lenders, best offer was 12mos no interest, a store credit card I did not ask for or apply for was issue as active line of credit for $5000, was lied to repeatedly then my scheduled delivery was bumped 9 days without notice after only one failed attempt to confirm shipping. Finally, I decided I should go shop at Rossie just to see if I would be making a wise decision with that A store. When I tell you I was greeted hospitably and welcoming, handed over to Tyler who is knowledgeable and pace matching, helped me pick out my furniture and got me applied for financing and out in 25 mins and called me 20 mins later to say i was set up with 18mos no interest, went back and signed and setup delivery next day and the delivery guys were so timely, respectful and pleasant I was more than happy to give them each a decent cash appreciation and before they were out my driveway I called Rossie to tell them how much I appreciated the customer focused experience. It could not have been any better. Thank you Rossie Family and Team! Seriously, thank you very...

I called and I was told to wait a while because it needs to dry. Fast forward to waiting months for a change. Everything I put on/in my entertainment center is sticky and has varnish all over it. Every time I clean it, the varnish either comes in off or it creates a giant mess. At this point it’s really just unusable. The only option I really have is to strip the entire thing inside and out and revarnish it myself. It was not worth the money I paid for it. Don’t recommend purchasing anything varnished from here. It’s a shame too because I prefer to pay more to support a...

Carter St., just one or two houses past the drop location on your left. Pull in quick, turn wide to u-turn and...
