The Old School — Attraction in Hammond

Just bought a sweatshirt yesterday got home it was the wrong size folded it put it in my car. Called them today to see if I could exchange the girl I spoke to said they would do a one time exchange. I said great I’ll be there in 15 mins. I get there and the girl has no idea what’s going on and said let me text my manager and after 20 mins of me waiting they find a spot on the shirt and said we can’t exchange. My experience was not a great one. Entering the store we were greeted by a young lady that was assisting us as I was talking and describing what we were searching for a tall blonde girl walked up to the lady me and my daughter was talking to as if we were invisible and started a whole conversation about something regarding another order.
