I've been coming to this barbershop and always booked with Lex. He’s top-tier and never misses. Based on his skill, I assumed the rest of the team had similar standards. I could not have been more wrong.

Booked the Elite Haircut and Beard Sculpting and brought a video of exactly what we wanted. What I got was a complete disaster.

Bangs are four inches long. The corners of hairline are uneven and jagged. None of that was in the video or requested. Robert also took it upon himself to shave the front half of my eyebrows. Nobody asked for that. They look ridiculous.

Beard? Crooked. Neck? Covered in cuts and bleeding. There is not one redeemable part of this haircut. Not one.

We paid $72 with tip for this mess, and now we’re stuck with it just days before family photos. This wasn’t just a bad haircut. It was careless, sloppy, and borderline negligent.

Do not book with Robert. You’ll regret it. Stick with Lex or take your money...

This is the first time ever that someone matched the vision 100%. Every other cut in the past has been close, but not quite right.

This time? Spot on. Clean, even, and exactly like the videos. My fiancé’s beard was also done flawlessly — sharp and clean without looking overdone. Both of them walked out looking and feeling great.
