Dempsey Dog Park — Attraction in Hannibal

My dogs love coming here. It is mostly nice, but there are often messes that irresponsible pet owners don't pick up when their dogs visit. But there are agility courses here and lots of space for them to wrestle and roam. There are two separated areas for dogs of different sizes or dogs that are more timid, etc.

I came here yesterday at the same time as another couple who had a dog that had trouble getting along with other males. But we simply separated our dogs to their own areas, and they raced each other along the fence for a good 30 mins, and everyone...

I appreciate that there is an area for dogs to run loose and socialize with other dogs. There are 2 spaces available for dogs to run and play. One has a couple obstacle items there for dogs to play/train on. I would love to see some improvements to the park, such as more picnic tables, trees (for shade for the dogs and their people).
