Went in on a Sunday looking for a size 10 Timberland boot for my husband. They didn’t have it in store so I agreed to order it online. It was gonna take 3 to 5 business days (which I think is a pretty long shipping process). But on the 3rd business day, I was issued a refund! They ran out of the boot completely!
