Ulta Beauty — Attraction in Hanover Township

I booked an appointment with the salon for highlights, they assigned Nathan to take care of me and I am still til this day so sad & upset about how much he damaged my hair. I had this appointment a couple of months ago and it’s been so hard to try to recover. I have random clumps of hair on the back of my head that is BURNT off it’s shorter than the rest of my hair. Before this appointment I had beautiful long and soft south Asian hair but after the appointment it’s all gone and I’m so heart broken. The hairs near my neck and ears are so brunt and dry it tangles up makes it so rough & difficult to comb now. My hair feels so damaged and the highlights I received were so yellow when I asked for a caramel blonde color.. I knew something felt wrong when he left me alone with foils under a blow drying chair for 45 MINUTES??!! PLEASE IF YOU GO HERE DO NOT ASK FOR NATHAN!! Idk if any of the other workers are good but I do know for sure I am never coming back to this location because of how traumatized & heart broken I am til this day. Wish i could give his work a -1 star but this is the best I can do and warn all the other girlies pls protect your hair...

Terrible. Stood there for 20 minutes trying to figure out and understand which make up to get (I’m not a make up person), and multiple employees waked passed me and didn’t offer any help or assistance. They saw me and kept it moving. One lady finally asked if I needed help from a distance after I was standing there for 20 minutes and she was done whispering her conversation with someone else. I told her yes and was asking for a specific product that wasn’t available on the floor. She then went to go ask another employee to get the item, while she went to go assist another person. After waiting for some time, the employee who was sent to go fetch the product never came back and so I left. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but everytime I come here, no one EVER asks if I need help. But yet there’s multiple employees there who are chatting it up at the register or in the back corner of the store. Never seems to fail. I would literally walk around looking to see if someone could help me, but they don’t pay me any mind and don’t even bother pretending to offer assistance. Customer service here is disgusting...

I just started getting into skin care. I have always washed my face with a Neutrogena scrub in the morning and night but that's about how far it went. I thankfully do not have acne anymore but I did have A LOT of blackheads and enlarged pores on my nose and cheeks. So I decided to do something about it and started googling best ways and products blah blah blah ... Since I did not know much about skin care I had to ask a couple of the ladies at Ulta for help. (quite a few times lol) Thank God they were so helpful and seemed like they really cared!! I told them I did not want to spend too much money, they understood and did not try to sell me the most expensive brands etc which I really appreciated. It was a good two weeks where I was in there like every other day adding to my regimen lol I was getting annoyed at myself but the girls did not care they were just really determined to find everything that works for me. Sorry for the long review but I just want to thank all the ladies here at Ulta, all your hard work does not go to waste. I am so thankful!! My skin is looking F L A...
