I was a guest who brought my children with me to a birthday party and I’m beyond disappointed with the experience we had. The staff member with the blue hair was rude and incredibly unprofessional. Instead of creating a fun, welcoming environment, she spent nearly the entire time yelling at the kids for the smallest things, which made the whole atmosphere tense and uncomfortable and even accused a kid in our party of pushing another kid, which never happened.. she actually argued with the 11 year old. We felt like we all inconveniencing her just by being there. By the end of the party, she made sure to let us all know that we only had a few minutes to get out of the party room and kept announcing it even though we were told we had 20 minutes past the party time to clean up and get out. This should be a place where kids and families feel joy and excitement, but instead, it felt like we were all walking on eggshells considering our party was really the only guests being repeatedly yelled at. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place considering amongst chatting with peers that I’m not the only one who has had a poor experience. I get sometimes people have bad days, but considering this was my first encounter and I have come across others who have had similar treatment, WE...
Read moreWe have been a quite a few times now and while my kids absolutely love it there. Today might have been a deal breaker for us. Our toddler talked about how mean another child was to him the entire way home. This child’s mom kept acting completely oblivious to how inappropriate her child was being. He ripped something out of my child’s hand 3 times. My child asked him to play in the little kitchen area and he told my child no and smacked his hand. I had to explain to my toddler some kids just aren’t nice and redirected him to play with someone else. The same kid was throwing balls at another child’s face in the big ball pit. The child asked him to stop three times. He did not, I finally yelled “hey” twice before grabbing the child’s attention and said “he has asked you nicely to stop throwing balls at him” before the child’s mother said “(name) please stop, we don’t throw balls)”. The same child also pushed my ONE YEAR old down the slide. The mother knew her child had behavioral issues, it was very clear. She did not pay close enough attention to him to prevent him bullying other children. Again he wasn’t mean to just my children. I had to advocate for complete strangers children today. My toddler got his feelings hurt enough to tell his father how awful today was as soon as...
Read moreAwesome indoor playground for toddlers and preschoolers. (Older kids would probably not be as entertained.) The whole place was very clean and well maintained. There are several different play areas including some dramatic play stations.
I would definitely recommend this place for families with small children! We happily spent 90 minutes here. About $20 for my two toddlers.
You can bring in your own food or they have a small selection of kid friendly snacks. There is a family restroom with a...
