Whoever the guy was with the name tag D-wade or Wayne literally acknowledged my presence 4 times when I was at the counter with one singular game didn’t bother to check me out but continued to stock games. Then when another customer was buying about 20 games after the fact that I still didn’t get checked out, customer said you can take care of them and I’ll get my other few games because again I had one singular game he said “no I’ll just deal with you” never again will I go to that GameStop because how hard was it to check out a customer with one game even when the the other customer said to take care of us after a bulk order. Called and asked "do you have any Nintendo Seitches" and was met with possibly the rudest person of all time. I understand the system is in high demand, but the response received was unbelievable and I'll quote here:

"So apparently the internet says we will be getting them tomorrow, but their being shipped from one place. And so you think all the gamestops around the world will get them all at once? Yeah don't count on it. Just show up and maybe we will have them then I don't know" and was promptly disconnected.

We purchased Pokemon Shield for Nintendo Switch here in January, for $50. Came to swap it 4 weeks later, along with 7 mint-condition PS4 games, and they gave us a $30 store credit...FOR EIGHT GAMES! One of which we just bought at this same store for FIFTY DOLLARS! This place's buyback is an absolute slap to the face.
