The rep Charles at the Harborcreek PA store was of great help in assisting me for accessories for my for my S20 FE. New phone and needed a rugged case and car charger and screen protector. Internet did not have the case I wanted, not made yet. Got a Pelican, my second choice over Otter Defender. Rep Charles installed my screen protector for me which was a big help. He was very patient and meticulous in doing so. Charles gets 5 stars, store 4. Only reason a 4 on the store, pricing was high on items even with promotional sale going on. But needed items quickly and could not find anywhere else. Also store manager Mark who is assigned to that store has been a tremendous help with any issues whether it was with my old S7 or this S20 FE. Our new phones showed up to our house the very next day. We came into the store to get everything swapped over and Jeff answered all of our questions and explained some new features. After talking more, we asked about the internet service because we wanted to save money and switch from our current internet provider, so we got the free test trial set up and will receive our new equipment in a couple business days to test out. If we decide not to like it, we can simply return it and go from there. So with 1 visit, we were able to get a new phone provider, new updated phones, all new accessories, and a new internet provider which should save us over 50% compared to our old provider!! Didnt explain billing breakdown and had to call 611 to get an explanation and had shipped to store to assist in setting up and when i arrived for pickup i was just handed box and not even offered any further assistance. Told me store wouldnt take return after i returned a few days later due to not being satisfied with product and was told that i had to call 611 even though 611, corporate att and a corporate att store all said i could return in store within 14 days of purchase. Had to deal with corporate att all bc an employee wouldnt do a return 30 mins before close.
